Shipping, Returns & Replacements
Shipping is currently Free on all orders. After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am will not be shipped out until the next business day.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All sales are final and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or materials.
We offer free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of defect and mention your order ID. Send us an email at email@example.com. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Please ensure product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging and includes all items shipped in our package. Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and replacement shall be issued post inspection by us. In a case where no defect is found, to and from courier charges shall be liable to be paid by customer for sending replacement.
